2023 Onwards
While we have moved on from the initial Pandemic and the rules and guidelines have been relaxed in recent times, this page has been left live on the website to provide guidance should further COVID outbreaks occur. We aim to provide a safe place for you to visit at all times.
Appointments
As normal, appointments are essential, please use the contact form on the website to discuss suitable dates and times.
Social Distancing
Visitor numbers are limited to 3 people at any one time (These would normally be from the same household), 2m Social Distancing is maintained where possible.
Payment
While we will still accept cash (Please provide correct money where possible), we also take card payments and contactless payments from all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as payments through Samsung Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Sanitisation
Work surfaces and seating along with other 'touch points' such as door handles will be sanitised before and after each client visit. Hand sanitiser will be available to sanitise your hands on arrival and when you leave if you wish.
When we supply you with a physical product such as printed passport photos these will be supplied in a new envelope and undergo the least amount of handling possible.
Masks / Face Covering
Your face cannot be covered for a passport photograph, you are welcome to wear a face covering after your photo has been taken while you are waiting for it to be produced. Be aware wearing a tight well-fitting mask or covering will almost certainly leave marks on your face, so you are strongly advised against wearing one pre-photo shoot (providing current legislation permits) to avoid the possibility of your passport photo being rejected by the passport agency.
Arrival
Look out for our SR Photography sign (although I do sometimes forget to put it on display) and please park on the driveway (if there is space, alternatively ample street parking is available). Typically we will see you arrive on CCTV and come to meet you, to take you through to the studio.
If you are unwell
Should you become unwell, particularly with COVID 19 symptoms then please contact us as early as possible to cancel / re-arrange your appointment. You should also not visit if anyone in your household is unwell or confirmed as COVID 19 positive.
